Chimeric has 330,526,401 shares on issue, which even after today's rise to 36.5cents put it at a market cap of A$120.6m
IMU currently has 5.0bn shares on issue, and if we multiply that by 2.9cents.. that would equate to a comparable entry of A$144.0m.
Back in 2019 IMU had approx 3.6bn shares, so if that is when you bought in the market cap would have been approx A$104.0m.
If you take away today's rise in CHM, we were trading around 30 cents which would put us at a market cap of A$99.2m.
So it looks like CHM at this price range is quite comparable to buying IMU at 2.9 cents... and I am very confident CHM will rival and in my opinion, overtake IMU's market cap in the years to come.
One thing to be aware of is that CHM will at some stage need to raise capital, however the next cap raise is not expected until mid to late 2022.. which means we'll have plenty of phase I data to excite the market and lift the share price to a much less dilutive capital raise.
IMU did most of it's capital raising when it was in the 2 cent / A$100m range... which is something CHM has a good chance of avoiding.
