2	By Adam Clark Thinksmart Ltd. (TSL.LN) said Tuesday that it has sold an initial tranche of shares in Afterpay Touch Group Ltd. (APT.AU) for 20 million Australian dollars ($14.7 million). Digital payments business Thinksmart said it sold 750,000 Afterpay shares at AUD20 each. Thinksmart has said it will pay the proceeds of the Afterpay tranche sale to shareholders via a special dividend and capital return. Thinksmart will receive another tranche of 250,000 Afterpay shares in February 2019, as part of the consideration for the sale of its ClearPay business.
