NQM is continuing to hold discussions with a third party in relation to an alternative offer for NQM Shares. However, NQM Shareholders should understand that these discussions are at a very preliminary stage and may not progress.

Notwithstanding that Heemskirk has decided to let the Heemskirk Offer lapse, Neville Thomas and Michael Tilley continue to recommend that NQM Shareholders reject the Conquest Offer. Mr Thomas and Mr Tilley�s reasons for their recommendation are set out in the Original Target�s Statement and the First Supplementary.
