Pinnacle is setting the groundwork here. Agreements with renewables generators at all scales from small domestic RAPPS (Cilectric and on PCE's own accout) to MW scale renewables (Prime Solar today) with systems integration as well (Selectronic).

PINNACLE VRB SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ELECTRICAL GENERATOR

The Directors are pleased to announce that the company has signed an agreement with an Australian based company that is developing world-leading technology that generates environmentally friendly electrical energy.
The parties have agreed to exchange technical information to evaluate a potential collaboration between the companies’ technologies.
Specifically the parties will assess the feasibility of a range of power system solutions that optimise the capabilities and characteristics of the new range of 5 kilowatt cell stack-based vanadium redox battery energy storage systems (VRB-ESS) from VRB Power Systems Inc when coupled to the electric supply produced by an environmentally friendly generation source."

New Agreement Signed with Cilectric Pty Ltd
The Directors of Pinnacle VRB Ltd (“Pinnacle”) are delighted to confirm that they have signed an
agreement with Cilectric Pty Ltd (“Cilectric”). The agreement extends the number and range of
agreements signed in recent weeks to further promote the commercialisation of the Vanadium Redox
Battery Energy Storage System (“VRB ESS”) technology in Australia.
The agreement covers the:-
�� Establishment of a relationship wherein Cilectric will develop and maintain a capability to
install, commission and maintain VRB ESS supplied through Pinnacle,
�� Development of a promotion and marketing strategy for VRB ESS in Remote Area Powers
Supply (“RAPS”) and other renewable energy applications in the 10kWh to greater than
1MWh range through Cilectric’s existing client base.
�� Supply of electrical installation, testing, warranty and maintenance services associated with
the VRB ESS., and
�� Provision of support for project development, system design and integration, tendering and
procurement services associated with the VRB ESS installations.
Established in 1977, Cilectric is a Sydney based private consultancy that specialises in the design,
installation and maintenance of renewable energy and RAPS systems. With a client base that
includes government departments and residential installations, Cilectric’s aim is to provide the most
economic and practical renewable energy solutions that are consistent with the client’s intentions and
the application environment.
