The board has proved again their utter incompetence and evidenced the appalling cash state of the company. This is now the third red flag since their half year report.
- announce a capital distribution without understanding what they are doing and embarrassingly retracting it
- "rewarding" shareholders by increasing the shares capital on issue in the same proportion - a complete joke
- showing the company is desperate for cash, by cancelling the dividend and urging optionholders to exercise their options in order to qualify for the dilution issue
