I think the whole scenario has been exagerated by a few nervous holders. Even if findlays, where to underwrite only half for example, the dilution would be huge, as the price would be much lower than $1, and based on past performance, huge amounts would be dumped hammering the share price. Findlays would totally control the action restricting any further upside. The likliehood of the Company wanting this to happen, despite how dodgy some think they are, is very low.
And before others go on im not associated with Findlays are any other party just another option holder.
