Brokers didn't want anything to do with EMC when it was in the 20s. Pattos were instructing clients to sell at 20.5c. Most brokers didn't come to the EMC party until 50-60c. By then a couple of bags had already been made.
Point is, brokers at this current valuation are not a reliable indicator of sentiment, their risk profile generally precludes them from taking an interest.
