third party solar cells

The main question i have - does anyone know the the third party supplier mentioned by silex in report (no doubt chinese connection) could it be a CBD related party?

Sad to see the only producer of solar cells in australia close and even before our so called carbon tax. Jobs are being lost now as the renewable industry needs proper support.
This trend indicates more jobs will be lost with a carbon tax as imports increase.
We should get a CBD energy annual report soon. The only real info. flow came at the March 7th meeting and recent finance report.
As for projects etc. thats over 5 months ago.
