The main objection to URM is it's (to date) non-performing chairman.
He has been a complete disaster for Elkedra Diamond investors (from which URM was spun off) having sold out for peanuts to a Canadian co. just as EDN got into production & landing himself a plum job with the Canadian co. at the same time.
Read into that what you will, but many EDN true believers have put him into the self serving, nose in the trough file.
Disclosure - I hold URM as a result of its spinoff from EDN & would feel more inclined to add if the chairman was gone but unfortunately he controls a large stake in URM that would be protecting his position.
