Tox Free Solutions Limited – Appendix 4C
• EBITDA for Quarter $1,374,725
• Cash Balance $4,180,000
Please find attached the appendix 4C showing a cash balance at 31 March 2006 of $4,180,000.
This cash balance does not include $450,000 which was due from customers during the March quarter, which was not received until April 2006. The balance is also after $1,131,000 of capital expenditure for the year to date.
Operations during the quarter resulted in a profit of $1,374,725 (EBITDA). The profit result confirms Tox Frees ability to increase organic growth across the existing operating divisions. The continued growth can be attributed to a combination of increased provision of services, greater market share and synergistic cost saving benefits through cross selling across the divisions. The board is extremely satisfied with the integration of the Delvex operations as can be demonstrated in the quarterly result.
The planned upgrades and potential for further acquisitions will only contribute further to Tox Frees financial position and cement Tox Frees position as a leader in the management of hazardous and industrial waste. The cash reserve provides the Company with the base to consider such acquisitions, additional technology and upgrades to existing facilities to enable the continued growth in revenue and resultant profits.
