No.I imagine P W et al would be sanguine enough to contemplate a joint venture if someone else were in charge in future.Obviously wont happen.I was being cynical re the comment in the report saying that the brine/hcl approach wouldnt work for the scandium.I actually think Duncan blew a good chance,whatever the reason.I ejected this morning.I think JRV will keep going,compliments of such a large resource at such a time in the Ni price cycle,but if INL starts processing laterite successfully,as I suspect,do you suppose JRV will have early access to the tech??
As an aside,did you note in Jaguar Nickels latest periodical rep 29March07 that chloride leach developement costs of $582,852 were written off as the tech. was not deemed useable for their Guatemalan Ni prospect.
