There is no squeeze. They can sell, participate in further fundraising and retain their shareholding or not participate and have holding % reduced.
Sounds like a squeeze to me 99. If i was one of the 20% holding out, i think it would feel like a squeeze. Not that they lose everything, they sell and walk away filthy rich. Some people just want more and more.
