You can't just hang it on Bancroft, he was just doing as instructed. There's obviously a cheating culture within the oz team these days, and I suspect it began with Lehman, and embraced by Smith. I don't care if Oz test cricket takes a decade to recover from this but there must be quick and direct action such as sacking coach,captain, and anybody else within the senior group who endorsed it. Yellow tape indeed!...that was far too stiff to be yellow tape! enter sandpaper. The headbutt incident before the first ashes test begins to make more sense now. Only a few months ago this senior player group organised a strike against C.A for more millions of dollars, now they bring the game to new lows. Time for C.A to make a stand and send a few of these arrogant twats back to grade cricket.
