Thank you for a great post!!Who is this company who rhymes with wattle and battle? I actually can understand why Greg stonewalled the 95c offer, perhaps it was to milk a higher offer... but shareholders should’ve been the ones voting on it.

All offers should be announced to the market, just as the gold royalties commencing should have as it shows the value of the company and puts a floor to the sp. 

If this is truly the case shareholders have the right to launch a class action and should seriously consider it.
