Id say its a fair call that the arbitrageurs are bailing now that they can see Crosby won't be successful in the offer, and aren't likely to increase the bid price.
I think the last "reported" holding by Skafell/Crosby was .96% of capital...not real inspiring.
I think they will dry up and blow away, and Tethyan can again just focus on getting the TYC AIM listing happening, bfs completed and mine construction started.
