The chart has broken the low $1.40 barrier on the third attemp on good volume and now looks very likely to go for a run to $1.60 fairly quickly.
The stock has huge free cash flow(for a small cap), no debt has come through a 2 year consolidation period and is now set to grow. Has about $15m in franking credits sitting on the books.
Has just made one acquisition and looks set to gobble up a few others this year. Net profit will be in the $4-5m range this year and only valued at $50m currently.
With less than 40m shares this could be a money making investment.
