    I do not think anyone is accumulating because HDR is obliged to inform Tullow of any activity above 5% in their shares from one body. I guess Tullow requested this so they could see potential threats. HDR have not released any data for about two weeks on stock purchases. Thats why I believe a second bid will be a cash only. If there is to be a second bid
