Just a thought. How about making a skid up with renewable energy equipment on, solar panel, water filters and small extendable wind turbine, big enough for a few families to share , and delivered in a container so that once on site the sides fold down and are able to used. This may prove or disprove the theories which are banded about by the many green activists who wear us down with all the qualities that renewables have. There has to be some clever engineers out there who can locate these pieces of equipment in a area to fit in a container even the large ones, to make this available as aid to the camps, as I can only take so much bleating from the do gooders that we do not do enough for the refugees, any thoughts on this, greenies?
