The cuckoo is a good metaphor. Except the cuckoo doesn;t actually harm the hand that feeds it. I'm not so sure about the Muslim.

"Why is there no call for Muslim or Islamic “moral” responsibility?" That would be because Islam has no morals. Anything where pedophilia, rape and brutal butchery are considered part of the status quo cannot be said to be moral, by any yardstick.
