Isn't it amazing that most of the poorest Countries have the highest % of population growth?

It's time that everyone takes responsibility for their actions, no more aid to the starving nations, no more help for refugees, if you can't look after what you have created that's your bad.
Why are those very poor African Countries that most are in Drought for long periods still want to have children?
In my opinion don't give aid without any condition, and first condition is to control the birth rate.
