Let's say GXY has 395.8M shares on issue, and GXY cross-listed in NY tomorrow. The number of shares on issue stays the same (stand to be corrected?), but the market of potential buyers increases dramatically as does the ease in which to purchase for foreign investors restricted by local laws. Information and awareness (putting us on the radar) is the biggest positive, as again US law restricts foreign info. Have you ever seen the disclaimer on our reports?
