With only the 46million pounds of resource already reported, the in-ground value @ a pessimistic US$60/ lb is around US$2.76 billion while at 0.17, their market cap is a mere $105.3 million.
They have stated that they aim at achieving a JORC resource of 60 million lbs by the end of 2007 and now, with so many drill rigs working and with this new 100%-owned high grade discovery, that starts to look very realistic.
Just imagine 60 m lbs x US$120! US$7.2 BILLION!!! That may be a little optimistic, but it IS very possible. Would you still value this at a miserable 17 cents? Even after a possible market crash, it’s still gotta look real good.
