Have looked back and found an asx announcement on 15 Aug 2005 by Republic where RAU indicated it was cash cost of production of AUD$228 per ounce (US$176 per ounce) for the proposed mine in Bolivia. Given prices always increase using that as a base you would imagine the cost would be well below AUD $300 per OZ so a healthy margin you would imagine
