I cannot believe the appalling demeanour and attitude of the company secretary at NWZ. I have called several times and got the same blase couldn't care less attitude.
The receptionist is a very nice Chinese young woman that can hardly speak English and the C.S. is a disgrace. I will be bailing out of this company at the first and most opportune time.
I don't need this sort of treatment when they are gouging my hard earned!
