Well I must admit I got a very reassuring call from Alex the CEO and major share holder of NWZ who called from France this evening after my email of chagrin earlier today.
He was unaware of the ineptitude of the people at the coal face of their office as it is a shared staff and office environment; disappointing but at least he is going to do something about it.

But better still he said that they had slashed the cash burn and are making great inroads in securing more contracts and were heading off to crack the USA.
So I will continue to hold because of the huge potential of this company as per the reasons of my initial investment.
