It won't be long SP will go back to .004---Reason , LCY Iron Ore Deposit is zero value due to the big Iron Ore Miners can ramp up their production anytime to meet demand without spending a lot of money---If LCY can mined their Iron Ore deposit with production cost of US$ 14 per ton and can deliver to India their iron ore with AISC of US$ 25 per ton then LCY SP will move if not .004 is the desired SP until proven that they have right amount of gold--- In regards to rare earth, Lynas can produced whatever lacking in regards to world demand and can bankrupt those ambitioning to be a rare earth producer...IMHO so please DYOR...
