Shale oil in the US is a higher cost form of production. I am sure there are many very nervous fingernail chewing MD's and CEO's of US shale oil companies who are very worried about the current oil price. I honestly believe that the oil price is being manipulated and it's a game of who can hold their breath the longest. And production from Roy Hill is already factored into the iron ore price, everyone knows it is coming online.
