I would like to declare my position before popping my questions....

I am a secured debt holder, managing some MSTGA for my father in-law. Technically, it would be better off for me to see Metalstorm winding up, with it's IP and assets sold.... Hence the daily movement in MST does not concern me much..

However, shareholders should be mindful that, the current GEM's financing deal is not a best deal, but your company relies on it to maintain operation as an on going concern, at least until a better deal is found, or going commercial. For this to work, we need the market liquidity.... meaning more buying interests... Your negatively ranting posts would only help in slowly choking off your company on its much needed funding.

I am sure all of us here do have interests, and often posted on many other stocks right???! But it does not appear so for one constant negative poster. This certainly arouse my suspicion.

My two questions to BRR are:

Q1. Why are you posting on MST only ? ... surely you must own other stocks like the rest of us right!....

What is your motivative in stirring up shareholders discontent in this thread ?.....

I do see some similar posts on other investment forums as well...
