    Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Hastie Group Limited (Hastie Group) requests a trading halt in respect of its
    ordinary shares, from the commencement of trading on 13 April 2012.
    Hastie Group requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of:
    (a) an announcement being made by Hastie Group to the ASX following the Board’s consideration of issues
    which arose overnight in respect of one of its joint venture projects in the Middle East; or
