    As it's been observed on this thread multiple times, 1ST has the benefit of being diversified in their selected customer. With services for a variety of health professionals and not just GPs. However, definitely a big win for 1ST from a competition perspective. They've still got a two man race with HotDoc for the time being, in the GP sphere. HotDoc is obviously privately listed, but has anyone got a gauge of their threat level?
