The news about HealthEngine broke many months ago - their retention does not appear to have suffered (well, no where near as much as the 1ST shareholders anyway).
1ST are not in the doctor space - I know it is a point we need to explain to newcomers but @Malcolm1209 you have been here for a while, can you elaborate how any of this is relevant for 1ST?
1ST are optical, dental and pharmaceutical - probably the three medical services that don't translate well into telehealth. Dentists were totally shut down the last few months.
1ST have more chance of selling cappucinos than $5 telehealth consults & I'll happily bet on the numbers showing the spend on it will prove a failure.
It is the landmark deals we want. The board needs to stick to the plan.
