Correct...large bear mkt exacerbated by the gov deposits guarantee policy.
Eventually, equilibrium will be reached, everything will settle, people will realise they are not going to lose everything, interest rates will have dropped more and the mkt will have started to move up. Bank depositors will now feel more confident and greed will start to return when they realise bank interest is less than inflation and the mkt is in recovery...the money will come pouring back in....time frame...ask God!
