Correct. They are now telling us that things could be worse than anticipated. As to why they didn't tell any of that to us before, we will never know.

Perhaps they came to realise (they have the figures in front of them now) that they were gone and tried another attempt at convincing us to vote for what they want. After all, even the IE stated that it wouldn't make one iota of difference to his report.
Most importantly they are even telling us that they will send new proxy forms out to us IN CASE WE ARE CHANGING OUR MINDS.....................Fat chance.....

A total waste of time in the hope that they can convince shareholders to change their minds. It is their future careers that we are talking about now and they are very worried about it.... Simple as that. After all who would want to employ them as Directors at Listed Company Levels if and when they will have a big rejections from shareholders against their names.???

In the meantime they will be talking with some Instos and see what kind of support they can garner from them to increase their voting numbers.
