Just like the Philippine's where they have gone against their master, Burma is likely to find ISIS insurgency magically appearing in their boarders with a strong communication and mobilisation ability that can only occur through detailed satellite, planning and leadership which requires a powerful third party involved. Not saying the Myanmar government doesn't have blood on its hands with minorities, because it does lots of blood. But all we hear about in the region now is those poor Muslims (many of whom are recent migrants) in the country being driven out than the current murderous ethnic cleansing they are doing to the non-Muslim population and Islamic militarisation and indoctrination funded by the Saudi's that is occurring in the country. But not a peep from the media on this, just mostly the pro-Muslim view.

We can't have the China containment policy fail.... send in our best ISIS militants by helicopter. The CIA also needs greater control in the Golden Triangle to corner the heroin market to diversify the drug trade outside of Afghanistan in case ISIS and local government warlords get destroyed by the Taliban. The Drug trade is a very profitable enterprise, more so than weapons, we underestimate this especially when you consider over 10% of the Afghan population is involved in it.
