$150,000/annum base rate $1M golden hallo Work in Sydney but reside in country South Australia Free airfares to Sydney and back for the working week Top class hotel accommodation in Sydney for the working week Expensive Christmas present each year Trip to somewhere in the world every year with a partner of my choice Will accept pay cuts if company profits down, on the proviso that a $1M bonus is paid to make up for loss of pay.
