RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

QRSciences Holdings Limited, (QRS) today announced the resignation of Mr Kevin Russeth as Managing Director of QRS and a Director of QRS and all subsidiary Companies of QRS.
Kevin has relocated back to the United States to pursue other business opportunities.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rick Stokes as Managing Director of QRS. Mr Stokes has been CEO of QRS since December 2007 and head of the
QRSciences Security business which has delivered strong growth in revenue and earnings throughout the period under his guidance and leadership. The new role willencompass all his current duties in addition to combining any duties of the Managing Director role. This will be in line with the Companies strategy to steamline QRS and deliver
savings for the Company and provide a platform for growth organically and by acquisition to deliver shareholder value in the future.
