The sad thing is what other choice do holders have? either give a blank check to PC with shareholders equity as the collateral or vote no and force them into bankruptcy.
You might collect a few cents on the dollar back under chapter 11 if you give him the blank check he might get more or you might get nothing.
I think because most people are down 90+ % anyway they will take the gamble.
