The next time this gets back to 2.8c will be after a 10:1 consolidation LOL.
If the company continues to use convertible notes for funding it will be below 1c before you know it.
The company has very little cash, it has done a cap raising and an SPP, and has just started the convertible notes.
The funding of last resort.
Unless you know that the convertible notes have been stopped and other sources of funding are imminent, the share price could be very bleak indead.
If La Jolla are converting and selling, volumes need to be far higher to maintain the share price.
