These new 'cell penetrating' drug delivery systems will be the next big thing in drug discovery and enhancement
Imagine what that may be worth to a big company listed in UK or USA??

Would he personally sub underwrite a $10 million issue without a clear exit strategy (I don't think so)
Mr Sietsma and Mr Hocking can now deliver control without any reference to others
