They did break down the use of funds in the prospectus but still pretty average to see no update from the company with any specifics 6 weeks after completion of the RI - it's also almost 3 months since the RI was put up, considering they paid the fee for it to be fully underwritten then really they had the funds from day 1 regardless.
PS I see OBJ just raised a similar amount with only a 10% discount to market - PYC keeps it's fame of always raising funds at significant discounts and with bulk dilution
