I suppose it's a good sign if the trades hit the buy. But of course, liquidity risk works both ways.
The proof will be in the pending results and further details of the merger (i.e. will KTE as the minority get adequate value for.... well, for hopefully successful solar panel results).
That Mears want this merger is encouraging in that regard but of course that's pure speculation at this point.
