Does anyone buy this story of an administrative error about...

Does anyone buy this story of an administrative error about Tagedine not being ratified at the AGM then next he is being reinstated, but then the guru, de Vietre says he is relinguishing his position as Executive Chairman. All this a day after the AGM, when recently they said they wanted to be more transparent to the market.

What are others views on this. The market today obviously didn't like it, neither did I.

I have been very forgiving of this stock but I think it is time for the board to come clean. I'm starting to smell the stench of death. I hope I am wrong but I need more disclosure.
