    That’s not good, old Max has lost control of BKP, board room takeover.

    I would have to say you will need to be careful from now on, it almost seemed that the company was at last getting close to drill some wells and then this happens.

    Bugger!

    Looking again at the La Punta deal, it’s not that good due the cap in the oil value assigned to BKP, initially USD 73 then USD 60. No upside if oil price increase to USD 120 or so.
