I think you'll find those lawyers are arguing the exact opposite.

I don't need to go through "10,000s of posts'". I know the complete AVZ story of the last few years. I'm convinced that many holders don't have the full story.

Holders were forewarned by quite a few. Unfortunately, many chose to ignore the numerous warnings.

I have no doubts at all that the Class Action will be successful. However, I doubt very much that AVZ will have any funds then for distribution.
