    I believe a very serious major investor has built up a 4.9% stake just under the substantial shareholder declaration threshold but then what would I know!

    I accept the company's public assurances that they are due to sign up US business and by chance I have discovered that the CEO has taken off for the USA and that's always a good sign.

    Anyone selling knows nothing bad about this company they just need the dough!
