Looks a bit like a margin call of some kind - who agrees to sell at 3c less than the days low and say 10 - 15c below the rescent average price? But why do it on market - I think this size parcel can be done off market.
What are the rules for being a "substantial" sharholder? If you sell 6M shares, there would have to be a chance that you would "cease" to be a substantail shareholder, in which case the ASX will report it would they not?
Will watch with interest today as this one is in the target zone. A couple of reasonable sized trades just prior to the close yesterday at 28c.
