    Forget the AGM, the best move is 203D of the Corps Act. This can be done at any time with 2 month's notice. It allows us to circumvent all the BS in the company constitution. They've deliberately left the timing for Noms tight, but that's ok - the alternatives are better for SHs and worse for the board.
