Or is there a larger game-plan here?
Will all Directors add to their holdings at these levels as one appears to have done @ 18 cents?
On the other hand, perhaps some will allocate a portion of the many div's being paid out at present from other stocks they hold? Not expecting a huge increase short term, in time ASH may just prove itself worth a re-rate from these 6 year lows!?
If I'm not mistaken, the economic stimulation that Govt. has applied is unlikely to subside any time soon!?
