Look at the figures, assume a week from diagnosis to death and do the comparison.
Simple maths provides about a 25% mortality rate.
Of course we don't know how accurate the figures being supplied by China are and I have assumed the week from diagnosis to possible death.
IMO it will be another week or two before more accurate comparisons are possible, but right now we can only calculate on what we have.
And this has nothing to do with the dud ScoMo as yet, any recriminations will come later.
I am genuinely fearful about what could be coming over the next few weeks.
