Azure is Microsoft's cloud platform (infrastructure - data centers). There are 1000's and 1000's of businesses migrating to Azure currently - the significance of this is that Walmart is a monster with a large workforce - generally many of these companies would hold of on a full move to cloud due to on-prem being cheaper so this is a significant win for Microsoft - the real news here is in the war for cloud supremacy with Amazon.

The deal would not have had anything to do with N3 whatsover - it is enterprise level that would have been worked out at the highest levels including the Walton family - not a call centre.

Good news for the Microsoft team - little relevance to LVT sorry
